* When we hear Giorgio’s name, the words “professional and ethical” come to mind. Having known him for many years, we go back to when he entered the work force – his potential was evident from day one and both of us enjoyed watching him succeed in all his endeavours. Giorgio has done a number of successful things in his career and finally ended up in the wonderful world of Real Estate.
We most recently utilized his services to sell our home in Ontario after living there for over 20 years. Our children were raised in that home and we embarked on an adventure that would take us across Canada to BC to be closer to our children and subsequently, enjoy our brand new grandson. We sold at a time when everyone else had the same idea and Giorgio did an exemplary job of representing us and watching out for our best interests. We never questioned his integrity in dealing with a competitive market and it was always evident that not only was he taking excellent care of us, but he excelled at ensuring his clients got the same level of service.
The happy end to the story was that we sold properly and the buyer was happy – this was a big factor in us being able to start a new life in another part of Canada. While we miss Giorgio, his family and friendship, it is easy for us to say he is the best in the business that we ever saw. We both wish him much success in everything he does.
